- Who is Please Be Seated?
We are a St. Louis company specializing in full-service rental of chair covers, sashes, and overlays.
- In which areas does Please Be Seated provide service?
We service the entire St. Louis metropolitan area, including St. Louis County, St. Charles County, as well as surrounding Illinois and Missouri counties. Please call us with your special requests and we will try to accommodate you.
- How does Please Be Seated compare to other companies?
Please Be Seated offers colors and fabrics that you will not find with other full-service rental companies. Our linens are made of the highest quality fabrics. The chair cover is a uniquely tailored design that includes a rear leg pleat for an elegant look. Our sashes are wider for a richer look. Please Be Seated saves you precious time by setting up and removing all linens. We are also unique in our attention to detail and dedication to personal service.

- What fabrics and colors are offered?
Fabrics include, but are not limited to, satin, organza, damask, poly, iridescent crush and poly satin stripe. Please visit our Gallery as we have all of our chair cover and sash color combinations available for you to view online!
- May I request a special color not shown in the gallery?
Please Be Seated will work with you to meet your special requests. We are constantly searching out new colors and fabrics to keep up with the most current demands and party trends. Just call and ask us about your special request.
- How do I choose the right color and fabric?
Choosing color and fabric is the exciting part of decorating with specialty linens. You may choose to match the decor of a room, or to emphasize a theme. For example, some brides coordinate linens with the bridesmaid dresses, flowers, or room decor.
- Am I responsible for stains or damage?
No. As a provider of linens, stains and tears are a risk we have assumed.
- Are your covers for sale or for rent only?
We are a rental company only.
- How are arrangements made for linen set up?
After a client chooses party linens, Please Be Seated will coordinate with the event site all details including time of set-up and removal.
- How do I know chair covers and overlays are the appropriate size?
We always contact the facility and visually confirm the type of chair and size of table the event site uses. We will contact you well ahead of your event date if there are any issues.
- What types of chairs does Please Be Seated cover?
We currently cover banquet chairs with round backs and square backs. The unique style of our chair covers allows us to also cover other types of chairs. Special arrangements can be made to cover folding chairs.
- How do I reserve a date?
Making reservations is easy! Simply visit our reservations page for full details.
- Can I see your products ahead of time?
Absolutely. We encourage all clients to view our selection so that their event will be exactly as they envision it.

The possibilities are endless. We typically cover weddings, anniversary parties, showers, holiday parties, birthday parties, corporate events, rehearsal dinners, charity events, and bar mitzvahs.
